If they can steal 15 feet of right-of-way from you at this session of the Legislature, they can steal 150 feet at the 1943 session. Legislation authoriz- ing thig’robbery was approved by the Finance and Taxation Committee cf the House of Representa- tives last week, and by the Senate Committee, and unless you make an immediate protest you will lose your land and most of the revenue you now receive from Sign Space Rentals. This is the most UN- JUST law which has ever been introduced in any State Legislature. Write, telegraph, or telephone your Senator, David Elmer Ward and Representa- tive Bernie C. Papy in Tallahassee at once to op- pose House Bill 84, and its companion Senate Bill 15, and especially the provision which takes 15 feet more of right-of-way through your land with- out payment to you, and which will actually de- prive you of most of your rental revenue.
