Solicitor of SOFTBALLERS APPROVE GAME TIME CHANGE AMENDMENT TO BY-LAWS RECEIVED SIX-TO-ONE FA- VORABLE VOTE: BARBERS WILL WITHDRAW Board of Managers of the Key West Amateur Softball Associa- tion last night gave the proposed amendment to Section 3 of Art- XI a_ favorable vote. One provision was deleted from the original amendment and another provision added. The amendment changes start- ing time of the first game from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and extends gth of each contest from an hour and fifteen minutes to an half.
