Well, let us take one day’s movements of a German citizen and examine the news and other propaganda brought to his atten- tion. Before he leaves his home he finds his children playing with toys. Nearly all these toys are of German-type arms and arma- ments and soldiers. The posture of these soldiers is of a courag- eous position. Getting his favorite newspa- per, he finds that there is a large editorial on England’s wish for world domination and em- pire. Going further down the street he sees a billboard with a picture of England as a spider with her legs stretched over Africa and India. While he is engaged in his work, a Nazi leader will prob- ably drop into his office and’ de- liver himself of many party dictums. Purchasing a copy of his fav- orite German magazine he will find there is probably an article GERMAN CITIZENS eeeccesece fated Press) on British brutality through the jages. | Dropping into _a theatre for a | rest, he sees a newsreel which! jpictures everything favoring |Nazi regime, such as scenes of the conquest in Poland, of the |the kindness of German soldiers |to the Polish people.
