Commissioners Meet Tonight’ To Consider Bids'n'Ferries't ry :ypsteRpay County Clerk Ross Sawyer ys But One Bid Had Been Received Up To Noon Hour Today AMILY COLLISION TORTUGAS TRIP FOR SCOUTS TOMORROW The Bartow Boy Scouts. who are in a two-week en campment in Key West at the Naval Station, will take advantage of the regular pa trol run of the Coast Guard Cutter Pandora, Lieut. Com mander H. C. Perkins in charge. to visit Fort Jeffer son tomorrow, if weather conditions are favorable. There will be about 38 scouts making the trip to- gether with E. A. Bosarge, Bartow Scout Commission: er. and Roy T. Gallemore, mate of the Sea Scout Ship which is on encampment" to- gether with the Boy Scouts. Lieut. Commander Perkins told The Citizen that the scouts will probably watch the weather reports anxious- ly today as he has promised to show them in detail regu lar routine at sea. The Scouts, who will leave at 6:30 a. m. will also have an opportunity of visiting the historic Fort on Garden Key, seeing Dr. Mudd’s cell, the old cannon and other inter esting points of the Fort.
