Bring Convention Here Key West Jayceon will invite the state Jaycees, who will hold their convention at the Deauville June 2, 3, 4, to make the trip to Key West on Sunday, June 5. A form letter is being mailed to the various Jaycee outfits in the state. Henry H. Taylor, Jr., who will soon be a Key West Jaycee, in- formed the body that bulletins which are being sent out by the Miami and Miami Beach Jaycees are requesting the clubs 4o pro vide for an extra trip down to Key West over the new Overseas Highway Plans went forward rapidly for entertainment of the Jaycees when they arrive here. In their reports, however, the army engineers indicated that there might be justification for a channel of less than eight-foot depth. It is for the purpose of inves tigation of this ‘phase of the pro ject that the new study will be made.
