He has lots to learn about breaking and still finds it nice to loaf around the floor oc- easionally. Another one that can brush up on guarding. Having both forwards short is a disadvantage, and this lack of height is a real handicap of the High School teart. Lopez, at one of the guard posi- tions plays a loafing type of game, but has plenty of endurance, is a_good shot, and is fine on de- fense. Stickney is at the other guard post. Not exactly sure of himself yet, but has the makings. Good on retrieving the ball off the backboard, turns in nice guard work. Not especially good on pass- ing, is a good shot but makes few tries at the hoop. Shoneck, who usually shares a half with Stickney, is a real com- ing player, plenty of endurance, a hard fighter, snappy passer, he is still green on trickery and smoother basketball, but is al- ways.a hard. man to stop. He usually roams the court getting that ball into action and inter- +| cepting passes. E. Pider and Porter are two good subs.
