Fern Chapter No. 21, Order Eastern Star, held their annual installation of officers at Scottish Rite Hall, last week. The Hall was decorated for the occasion with varities of flowers. The entire ceremony was lovely and impressive and conducted with dignity and beauty. As Mrs, Isabelle R.
