At 3:30 o’clock the members ar- rayed in new spring frocks and bonnets, began to assemble in the parlor where Mother John of the Eucharist, the new superior, to- gether with the sisters, welcomed each one. Promptly at 4 o’clock' the mem- orial for the departed graduates began. Mrs. E. J. Bayly read the tribute, and Rev. F. X. Dough- erty gave a splendid talk on “Alma Mater,” with the benediction fol- lowing. The assembly proceeded to St. Cecilia’s Hall, which was decorat- ed in alumnae colors, blue and - gold, with the number “25” in silver, and silver bells displayed in different places. Mrs. Lopez Johnson, president, called the meeting to order, and in @ few well-chosen words welcom- ed the new superior, sisters and members to the silver jubilee, and expressed hope that they and many more would be present at the golden jubilee. Mother Superior responded and welcomed each one. The busi- ness session then followed. The officers chosen for the en- suing year were: Mrs. Lopez John- son, president; Miss Emma Curry, vice-president; Mrs. E. J. Bayly, secretary; Mrs. Stephen F.
