This is indicative of the increased interest being shown; by local industries in the value of} a well operated and _ efficient} state wide employment service. Effective Method Florida has never had a com- prehensive employment service,! prior to the organization of the Nationa] Reemployment Service, and employers are f: finding out that the quick, efficient, and most satisfactory way to hire new em- ployees is to call on the National Reemployment Service. This indicated by the greatly increased number of private placements be- ing made by the Service from week to week, as private employ- ers find that it is much more sa factory to call their local Re- enue nee Office, and have three or four hand picked ap- plicants referred to them. The National Reemployment Service operates under the super- vision of the U. S. Employment Service, a division of the U. S.
