Dr. Mandaville will arrive on the Havana Special, go direct from the depot to Dr. Valdes’ of- fice and immediately afterward be ready to consult all sufferers from these afflictions of the eyes. It is the intention of Dr. Man- daville to remain until the after- noon and then return to Miami. In the event, however, that there is a large number of sufferers he may be prevailed upon to remain until Friday.
