TURNER FINAN- CIAL BACKING A contract for the constriction | of the three long toll bridges of the highway to the mainland, the conditions ‘of which are satisfac- toi to the Monroe county com- missioners and also to C. A. P. Turner for his company, was def-| initely decided upon at the three extra executive’ sessions of the: commissioners, two held yesterday | and one this morning. The condi- tions of the agreement are as fol- lows: The C. A. P. Turner Company | is to construct the bridges out of its own capitalization without any responsibility on the part of the County. After the bridges are completed and in perfect working eondition,the County then as- sumes or guarantees to pay $600,- 000. The County to receive all the tolls collected and the County would wot be required to pay any-. “thing ff THE’ télls amount to $600,- 000. In the event the ‘tolls did not amount to $600,000, then the; County would have to pay the dif- ference between the amount of tells collected and $600,000. This item is all the County would have to pay under any condition or circumstances.
