Pursuant to adjournment the board of county commissioners of Itasca County, Minnesota, met at the court house in the village of Grand Rapids, Minnesota, theis 18th day of December, 1913, at 10 @clock a. m. Members present: Commissioners King, O’Brien, Passard and Nelson, The bids received for the construc tion of County Road No, 133 were opene¢ and read. The bids being as follows: Jasper M. Pogue for the sum of $5077; Melville W, Pogue for the sum of $6700; Melvin N. Rosholt for the sum of $6997; John Shea for the sum of $7530; James Dowling for the sum of $5000. Commissioner Passdr@ moved that the bid of Jasper M. Pogue be accepted. Thornton “district forest ranger, regarding the dis. posal of brush cut from the right-of-way of the county roads was read and filed. A communication from the state high- ‘way commission in regard to the des- ignation of a state road system was read and filed, Commissioner O’Brien moved that the county auditor be instructed to draw a ‘warrant upon the county revenue fund in payment of the taxes upon the coun- * ty’s one-quarter interest in lot 2, sec- tion 19, township 55, range 26. ‘The motion was seconded by Commis- sioner Nelson and carried by unanimous ‘vote of all members present.
