Gentlumen: You will pluase take notice that I am unable to do any more work on County to pay any outstanding claims for labor «material and supplies, incurred in the Road No. 114, and that I am unable construction ofsaid road, and that | hereby declare my intention to abandon my contract with your county, and leave the road in the condition in which it now is.
