Commissioner Passard moved that the report of the commit- tee be approved; that said highway be (hereby established as follows to wit: County road khown as the Right of Beginning at the intersection of the Way Road, and the section line on the east side of Section five (5), in Town one hundred and forty-five, (145) of Range twenty-six (26), Itasca Coun- ty and running thence North on and along the said section line to a point where said section line intersects with the Bowstring River, said river being the stream that connects the two parts of Bowstring Lake, and to be connected with other roads as follows: at the Southern terminus. with the appointment being made with reference for, said office, and the said C. M. Storch being appointed as a licensed physician, subject to the approval of | the tthe Board of Health. The term of It being the time set for bead ‘upon | Right of Way Road and at the North. ern terminus to connect with the White Fish and Bena Road and terminating at the point above designated and to be 4 rods in width. The said highway to be designated as County Road No. 181; that the dam. ages and benefits to each description of jand over which said road runs are hereby estimated and determined to be equal to all damages sustained; that the Chairman of the Board and County Auditor be authorized and di- rected to .execute and file the proper order establishing said road. The mo- tion was seconded by Commissioner O’Brien and carried by unanimous vote. In the matter of a Tuberculosis Sana- torium the following resolution was presented. Whereas a Tuberculosis Sibatoblinm has been established in the County of Itasca under the provisions of Chap- ter 500 of the laws of Minnesota for the wear 1918. Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners that Dr. Thomas Russell, John T. Ring and Dr. C. M.
