A special meeting of the village Coun- cil of the Vilage of Grand Rapids, Itasca County, Minnesota, was held this 18th day of March 1913, at 8 o'clock p. ™. Memberg present: President Riddell, ‘Trustees Arscott, King and Russell and Recorder Sherman. Minutes of former meeting were Tead and approved. It being the last meeting of the Coun- cil of the term 1912-1913, it was moved and seconded that meeting adjourn sine die. Motion carried. The members elect off the new Counci having al] qualified, the meeting was calleti to order by President Riddell. President Riddell, Trustees Arscott, King and Russell and Recorder Sherman @n- ‘Swered roli cal. The second Monday of each month was designated as the regular time of mee{ings for the ensuing year.
