Upon motion said warrants were called in for payment. From the Treasurer's report it devel- oped that the Firemen’s Fund was overdrawn in the sum of $121.49, and that there was a balance of $2,140.04 4n the Sidewalk and Pavement Fund, and that there are no warrants is- sued against said Sidewalk and Pave- ‘ment Fund. Upon motion, duly seconde and carried, the sum of $121.49 was or- dered transferred from said Sidewalk and Pavement Fund to the Firemen’s Fund and the balance in said fund, $2,018.55 transferred to the Contingent fund, and the Village Treasurer and Clerk were authorized to make such ‘transfers on their records.
