Terms: Fifteen per cent of the purchase ‘price and interest on the unpaid palance from date of sale to June ist, 1913, must be paid at the time of sale. The said Road is to be constructed and completed according to plans and specifications prepared by the Assistant State Engineer, and filed in the of- fice of the County Auditor.
