Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners of Itas- Minnesota, up until 16 the Village of Grand Rapids, for the construction and completion of that part of State Road No. 1 lying between the Villages of Co- hasset and Deer River. The said Road is to be constructed and completed according to plans and specifications prepared by the Assistant State Engineer, and filed in the of- fice of the County Auditor.
