M. Present—Trustees Arscott and Rus sel and Recorder Sherman. The president not being in attend- ance, by reason of sickness, Trustee Arscott was elected president pro tem. The reading of the minutes of last meeting was dispensed with. Upon a roll call Trustee Arscott and King and Re- corder Sherman voted “Aye.” There being no “Nays” President Arscott declared the motion carried and or- dered license issued as prayed for in said application.
