Members present: Commissioners King Nelson and Mullins. a Chairman Shellman being absent, Vice Chairman Nelson presided. ‘Commissioner King moved that ‘the hearing upon the petition for the forma- tion of a new school district to be dom- posed of the organized town of Nore.and any and all other petitions for formation ef new school districts be continued to the next meeting The motion was Seconded by Commissioner Mullins and carried by unanimous vote. - A petition to divide the Bearville was then taken up and upon motion of Commissioner King, seconded by Commissioner Mullins the hearing upon said petition was continued to the | next meeing. Mr. Frank Provinski of Bovey, Minne- sota, in behalf of the citizens of the villages’ of Bovey and Coleraine and townships of Iron Range and Balsam, presented to the board the matter of the improvement of certain main roads im’ said townships and requested the board to take the same under considera- tion and make report at the next meet- img. In connection therewith he filed @escriptions and plats showing the loca tion of the proposed road improvements. In the matter of the formation of a mew school district composed of the territory in the organized town of Marcell the following petitions were pre- | gented and read by the county auditor.
