Notice of Mortgage Foreclosure Sale Notice is hereby given, That default has been made in the condition of that certain mortgage duly executed and de- livered by George M. Blasing and Flor- ence Blasing, his wife, as mortgagors, to Thomas E. Ludington, mortgagee, bearing date the 3rd day of February 1910, with power of sale therein contain- ed, duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for the County of Itasca, State of Minnesota, on the 5th day of February 1910, at 2 o'clock p. m., in Book Y. of Mortgages, on Page 93, which defauit has continu- ed to the date of this notice, by the failure and neglect of said Mortgagor to make payment of the promissory note dated February 3, 1910, by said mort- gage secured, which by its terms be- came due and payable as follows: Fifty dollars ($50) on or before March 1, 1910; fifty dollars ($50) on or before the first day of each month thereafter un- til the sum of $911.77 with interest at seven percent.
