Dec. 6—Jan. 10. ; Notice of Hearing on Petition For Formation of New School District Whereas, A petition has been filed with the County Board of County of Itasca, signed and acknowledged by a majority of the frecholders who reside in the proposed new district herein described, and who are en- titled to vote at school meetings in their respective districts, and duly verified by the affidavit of one of the residents of said proposed new district, praying for the organization of a new echool | district out of the territory hereinaf- iter described, to-wit: All of the | organized Township of Marcell, more definitely described as follows, to- wit: Commencing at the NE corner of Township No. 60 Range No. Twen- | ty-eix (26) thence running west on the Township line to the NW corner of Township sixty (60) Range 27, thence south to southwest eorner of Township (59) Range Twenty-sevea (27), thence east to southeast corner of Township (59) Range (26), thence north to point of commencement and the said Board of County Commis- sioners have appointed a time and place for a hearing upon said peti- tion as by law required; Now therefore. NOTICE Is hereby given, that a hearing up- on said petition will be had at a meeting of the said Board, commenc- ing upon the 2nd day of January, A. D. 1912, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon of said day, at the office of the Coun- ty Auditor in the Village of Grand Rapids in said County, at which time and place the said County Board will hear arguments of all persons inter- ested, for or against the proposed or- ganization of said new school dis- trict. Notice of Mortgage Foreclosure Sale Notice is hereby given, That default has been made in the condition of that certain mortgage duly executed and de- livered by George M. Blasing and Flor- ence Blasing, his wife, as mortgagors, to Thomas E. Ludington, mortgagee, bearing date the 3rd day of February 1910, with power of sale therein contain- ed, duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in and for the County of Itasca, State of Minnesota, on the 5th day of February 1910, at 2 o'clock p. m., in Book Y. of Mortgages, on Page 93, which defauit has continu- ed to the date of this notice, by the failure and neglect of said Mortgagor to make payment of the promissory note dated February 3, 1910, by said mort- gage secured, which by its terms be- came due and payable as follows: Fifty dollars ($50) on or before March 1, 1910; fifty dollars ($50) on or before the first day of each month thereafter un- til the sum of $911.77 with interest at seven percent. (7 percent) per annum from the 3rd day of February 1910 shall have beén paid in full, and which de- fault has continued for more than sixty days.
