Whereas, A petition has been filed with the County Board of the County of Itasca, signed and acknowledged by a majority of the freeholders who reside in the proposed new district herein de- scribed, and who are entitled to vote at school meetings in their respective dis- tricts, and duly verified by the affidavit of one of the residents of said proposed new district, praying for the organiza- tion of a new school district out of the territory hereinafter described, to-wit: Beginning at the northeast corner of Township 150, Range 29 and running thence south on the range line to the southeast corner of said township; thence west on the town line to the southwest corner of said Township; thence north on the range line to fhe northwest cor. ner of said township; thence east on the town line to the northeast corner of said township and place of beginning.
