Gunn and W. C. Gilbert to pre- vent the sale of bonds and the sub- sequent erection of the bridge. The order for the injunction has been is- sued by Court Commiss‘oner Taylor of Deer River, and the answer of the members of the town board of Black- berry is required in court in Bemidji The county, under provis- ions of state law, would be required to assume one-half the cost of the bridge. The contract has been let to the Hennepin Bridge Co. of Min- neapolis for $15,000.
