Several sizes can be made with the machine and two men can turn out about 1,000 per day. As the tile are made of cement, they are consequently very porous and have the advantage over clay tile im that they will drain a larger area on each side of a ditch. Mr. Buck has a number of tile in his farm. COHASSET SCHOOL NOTES Pearl McGinnis returned to school after a two month’s visit in Canada, The fourth, fifth, sixth and seven: th grades were entertained by their teachers a short time ago, Mrs. Booth visited the schools last week. Other visitors o* late were Mrs. Neadeau and sister and the Misses Prescoit.and Arnold of Grand Rapids. Miss Smith’s room carries the banner for good attendance as well as tor perfect punctuality, there hav ing been no tardiness since the be- gimning of the year. The average daily attendance in the primary room during the past § month was twenty-six from an elir rolilment of twenty-seven. Sixteen pupils were perfect in attendance.
