D., 1907, at a sale of lands pursuant to the real estate tax judgment duly made and given in and by the District Court in and. for the County of Itasca and State of Minnesota on the 2ist. day of March, A. Whereas there has been duly pre- sented to the Village council of the village of Keewatin, a petition sign- ed by the owners of One half the frontage along which the following described sidewalk shall extend, for the construction of a certain side- walk running and extending along the following property, to-wit: Along the south side of Fourth avenue, from Third street to First street, and fronting on blocks six and Seven and also along the east side of Second street from Third avenue to.Fourth avenue,. and.front- ing on block Seven, all according to the recorded plat of.said village. That said petition further asks that said walk be constructed as follows, to-wit: Said walk to be eight feet in width. To be built of No. 2 pine surfaced on one side and two inches thick; laid on three stringers 4x4x16ft. Planks to be either six inches or eight inches in width. Stringers to be fastened together at ends by strips 1x4x2ft. on (both sides; Each strip to have at least twelve nails fast- ening it to the stringer, and each plank to be fastened to stringers witb at least eight 20py nails.
