Whereas default has been made in the conditions of that certain mort- gage deed made, executed and deliy- ered by Joseph Nolin and Virginie Nolin his wife mortgagors to William C. Gilbert, mortgagee, dated the 16th day of July, A. D. 1903, and recorded in the office of the register of deeds of the county of Itasca, Minnesota, on the 25th day of July, A.
