To Knute Bergun: You are hereby notified that at a tax judgment sale held on the 14th day of May, 1906, the following des- cribed parcel of land, situated in the county of Itasca, state of Minnesota, to-wit: Lot 3, section 10, township 59,range 27,was “bid in for and sold to the state of Minnesota’ for the sum of one and 72-100 dollars; that no redemption hav ing been made from said sale, the above described parcel of land became the absolute property of said state, and was, at a public sale of absoltue property of said state, held on Novem ped 8th, 1909, duly sold to an actual purchaser for the sum of fourteen and 71-100 dollars; that the amount required to redeem said parcel from such sale, exclusive of the costs to accrue upon this notice, is the sum of fourteen and 71-100 dollars, and intere est on said last named sum at the rate| of twelve percent per annum from said November 8th, 1909, to the day such redemption is made; that the tax certificate issued upon said last nam- ed sale has been presented to me by the holder thereof;and that the time for redemption of said parcel from such sale will expire sixty days after the service of this notice and proof thereof has been filed in the office of the county auditor of said Itasca county.
