Browne for heating be accepted and that the chairman of the Board and the Coun- ty Auditor be instructed to enter into a contract with said E. R. Browne! for the installing of a heating plant in the addition to the county jail in accordance with his bid and offer and according to plans and speci- fications prepared by J. J. Rosholt for the con- struction of said road in accordance with his bid and offer and according to the plans and specifications on file in the office of the County Auditor.
