OFFICIAL PROCEEDINGS OF THE BOARD SCHOOL DIRECTORS DISTSICT NO. 1 ITASCA COUNTY, MINN. Grand Rapids, Minn., June 21, 1909. A regular meeting of the School Board of Common School District Number One in Itasca County, Minn., was held in their office in the Cen- tral School Building at 8 o’clock, p. m., F. E. Ruessvig, C. H. Dickinson and James D. Doran were present. The report of the officers of the Special School Meeting, held in_ the Village Hall on the 17th. day of June 1909, at 7 oc’lock, p.m., was re- ceived and placed on file in the Clerk’s office. It appearing from said report that the propositions of refunding the floating indebtedness of Common School District Number One in Itasca County, Minn., and issuing the bonds of said district in the aggregate amount of $90,000.00 were duly and legally carried; a resolution was intro duced and adopted providing for the issuing of the bonds of said district, fixing the time and place of the meet- ing of the school board to open and consider bids for the sale and dispos- al of said bonds and designating the newspapers in which the notice of the receiving of the bids for the sale of said bonds shall be published. Which resolution was placed on file in the clerk’s office. F. E. Reussvig and James Doran having inspected the new _ school building at Stingy Lake and having found the same completed according to contract, the said building was upon motion accepted and the follow- ing bills for labor and material for said building were allowed.
