Spe OFFICIAL .~ PROCEEDINGS OF 1HE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HOLMAN Village of Holmen, Minnesota, December 2, 1908, A regular meeting of the village council of the village of Holman, Mina., was held in the village hall on Wednesday, December 2, 1908. Present—Trustees Hodgin and Amonetti, President Johnson and Clerk Faulkinghor. * The minutes of the last meeting were read and upon motion of Trustee Hodging, second- ed by Trastee Amonetti, were approved. The boat of tie Faulkinghor meen emt of $500.00 as village recorder, w' in Faulkinghor as principal and Ralph Whitmas and Eric Johnson as sureties, was presented. Trustee Hodgins moved that the bond of John Faulkinghor, as village clerk, be ap- proved. Upon roll call the Haden ¢ vote was recorded: Trustees Hodgins and Amon- etti President Johnson voting aye. The motion was declared duly carried by the president and the said bond ordered filed. Trustee Hodgins moved that the bill of J. D. Powers for $2.75, being for merchandise, be allowed. Trustee Amonetti seconded the motion, which was carried by unanimous vote, and the clerk ordered to issue warrant for the same, Moved by Trustee Hodgins, seconded by Trustee Amonetti, that the president of the council be authorized and instructed to order fuel and stove for use at Village hall.
