Lang arrived from Koochiching Thursday, to attend a meeting of the board. Mr. Lang is one of the most enthusiastic representatives of north- ern Itasca county. He is one of those whose faith in its future has made him believe that Itasca county, and the northern half will yet become the most productive and richest in the state. Mr. Lang is entitled to some cousideration in his opinious. Poisoning Fish with Cocaine. Large numbers of fish are being poisoned. in the Little Miami riyer Ohio, especially in the vicinity of Branch Hill and Remington. Mem- bers of the different camping clubs in this section have found fine fish which had succumbed to “dope balls” used by “pot .fishermen.” Parties have been on the lookout for the men and the other evening a member of th Corryville club, which is camped near Remingten; saw a man planting the bait.
