Wuereas, Pursuant to a real estate tax judgment of tke District Court in the county of Itasca, entered the 21st day of March, a.D. 1900, in proceedings for the enfotce— ment for the payment of taxes which became delinquent in the year 1897 and any prior year or years and not satistied by payment, redemption, or sale of the real estate to actual purchasers, pursuant to the provisions of chapter 322 of the General Laws of Minnesota of the year 1899, the lands hereinafter described were offered for sale by the county auditor of said county at his office immediately following the delinquent tax sale in May, A. D. 1900, pursuant to no- tice of sale made and published as provided by said chap- ter 322, General Laws of 1899, and were bid in for the state of Minnesota at said sale: “any owner or interested person may redeem any tract or parcel of such real estate by paying into the county treasury fifty per cent of the amount of judgment obtained pursuant to chapter 322, General Laws 1899, together with all taxes subsequent to said jiidgment or subsequent to the last year’s taxes in said judgment, and all penalties, costs and interest thereon.” ' Now Tuererore, Pursuant to chapter 319: of the general laws of Minnesota for the year 1901, approved April 13, Igol, entitled, “An act to provide for the dispos- tion of real estate bid in for the state of minnesota at the forfeited tax sale held in pursuanceof chapter 322, general ‘laws of 1899,” and pursuant to said tax judgment above described, I shall, on the ninth day of september, a. D. lool, being the second Monday in said september, Igol, at ten (10) o’clock in the forenoon of said day at my office in the court house in the gvillage of Grand Rapids, county of Itasca, Minnesota, sell at publi¢ vendue the lands bid in for the state of Minnesota, pursuant to the tax judgment above described, which shall not have been redeemed pre- vious to the first day of september, A. p. Igol, as provided in said chapter 319, general laws of Igol. After sale to an actual purchaser the owner or inter— ested party can redeem ONLY upon payment of the FULL amount of judgment obtained under chapter 322, general laws of 1899, with interest and costs. sale is absolute af- ter “notice of expiration” has been given as provided in section 1654, general statutes 1894.
