To the Honorable Board of County Commission- ers, Itasca County, Minnesota. Gentlemen:— I have the honor to submit to you here- with the Financial Statement of Itasca County, for the fiscal year, ending De- cember 31st, 1898. It contains an ac- count of all receipts and disbursements, by the County Treasurer of said County, during the year 1898, and shows the balance in his hands remaining, and the same being turned over to his successor. January Ist, 1899, belonging to the several funds. Annexed hereto and a part thereof is a “Detailed Statement” of all County ex- penses for which orders or warrants were drawn, during said year, arranged so as to show the purpose of each ex- penditure.
