D. 1898, at 10 o'clock a. m., for the purpose of placing in nomination can- didates for the following offices, viz: One senator and two representatives for said 52nd legisiative district. The basis of representation is one delegate at large for each county in said district, and one delegate for each zoo yotes or major fraction thereof cast for Hon. T. R. Foley in 1896. The several counties are entitled to the number of delegates following, viz: Aitkin 6, Carlton 5, Cass 3, Itasca 7.
