: ll Legislative Convention 52nd Legislative District of Minnesota A Democratic convention for the 52nd Legislative district of Minnesota, will be held in the court house at Grand Rapids, Itasca county, on Tues- day, the 27th day of September, A. D. 1898, at 10 o’clock a. m., for the purpose of placing in nomination can- didates for the following offices, viz: One senator and two representatives for said 52nd legisiative district. The basis of representation is one delegate at large for each county in said district, and one delegate for each roo votes or major fraction thereof cast for Hon. T. R. Foley in 1896. The several counties are entitled to the number of delegates following, viz: Aitkin 6, Carlton 5, Cass 3, Itasca 7. The question of offering a reward for the apprehension and conviction of the murder- er or murderers of the late Henry W. Ward was taken under consideration. after which the following resolution was adopted: Whereas, 1t appears that sometime about the 8th or 10th of August, 1898, Henry W.
