Citizens Told Test Will Confinue on Air in Streef Cars Health Officer Replies To Complaint From Brightwood Association Inspection of the atmospheric conditions in Capital Transit Co. street cars and buses will be con- tinued by the District Health De- partment, the Brightwood Citizens’ Association was informed last night by Dr. George C. Ruhland, District health officer. | Replying to a letter complaining of conditions, Dr. Ruhland advised the body that samples showed the air change to be within the range of the recognized standard. He presented a resolution, which was adopted, requesting the Board of Education to look into the situa- tion with a view to “striking out all reference to voting as the corner- stone to our liberties from history textbooks used in the public schools of the District of Columbia.” Representative .
