NEW YORK, June 7.—Early ral- lies of 10 to 15 points in cotton today on trade and commission house buy- ing were foliowed by reactions under liquidation and Jocal selling in s small market. The undertone was nervous owing to uncertainties over various phases of the Government’s cotton program and reports that group of representa- tive cotton and business executives advocated a 10-cent loan on cotton October sold off from 11.38 to 11.1§ and prices generally showed net losser of 5 to 8 points during the middle of the afternoon.
