The Washington City Auxiliary Mis- sion to Lepers will hold its semi- annual in-gathering at Mount Vernon Place M. E. Church December 7, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Mrs. G. C. D. Townsend, newly- elected president, will preside. Re- ports from the annual meeting held in New York October 17-18 will be given. A memorial service will be held in honor of Mrs. John Newton Culbert- son, who died August 4, 1934. Mrs. Culbertson organized the mission, and under her guidance more than $60,000 was raised to help rid the world of leprosy. At the May in-gathering the auxil- fary voted to give $5.000 to erect a chapel for lepers in Brazil as a tribute to Mrs. Culbertson.
