' The final sermon in.the commemo- ration at Washington Cathedral of the 2+ centenary of the Oxford Movement in the Church of England will be delivered in the great choir tomorrow at 4 "= o'clock at the people’s evensong serv- ice by Rev. Julian D. Hamlin, rector of the Church of the Advent in Boston, Mass. His subject will be “The Future of the Oxford Movement.” “ Canon Raymond L. Wolven, chap- lain to the Bishop of Washington, will deliver the sermon at the service of litany and holy communion at 10:30 am. in the great choir. Music for both of these services will be furnished by the Cathedral Choir of men and boys. The holy communion will be cele- brated in the Bethlehem Chapel at 7:30 am. and there will be pilgrimages for out-of-town visitors following the 10:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. services. Canon Raymond Wolven will preach in the great choir on Ascension day, May 25, during the celebration of the holy communion at 10:30 a.m. Bishop Freeman will speak at the festival even- song service at 4 o'clock, a feature of which will be the blessing and dismissal of Church Army Troubadours for work among rural communities in the prov- 3037 R NIPRPARS inces of Washington and Sewanee. The | work of the Church Army in the United States, which is affiliated with the noted evangelistic organization by that name in the Church of England, is carried on under the direction of Capt. B. Frank Mountford of New York, who will be present for this service. More than 200 service organizations and units of patriotic and fraternal societies are planning to participate in the sixth annual massing of the colors service to be held in the open-air am- phitheater on Mount St. Alban the afternoon of May 28, under the sponsor- ship of the District of Columbia Chap- ter of the Military Order of the World War, Music will be furnished by the United States Marine Band and the Ca- thedral Choir. The sermon will be de- livered by Bishop Freeman, and there will be a solemn commemoration of “all those who have laid down their lives for their country.” Arrangements are being completed by. a committee representing the Military Order of the World War and the Ca- thedral staff. LEGION TO REDEDICATE WAR MEMORIAL LIGHT Address at Immaculate Conception Church Tomorrow by Rev. Francis J. Hurney. At a special service at 5 o'clock to- morrow in the Church of the Immacu- late Conception the Costello Post, Amer- ican Legion, will rededicate the memo- rial light to the American dead of the World War which was established as a perpetual memorial by the American Legion two years ago. Arms actully-used at the front form the background for the memorial which is placed in the purgatorian shrine in the church. Rev. Francis J. Hurney, chaplain of the post, will officiate and deliver the address. He will be assisted by Rev. S. A. Czyz, Rev. J. Kelly Reese and the Friars of the Atonement. Under the direction of Harry Whea- ton Howard, organist, the musical pro- gram will include as soloists Miss Flor- ence Yocum, soprano; James F.
