IRISH LOCAL ELECTIONS POSTPONED TO FALL Bill to Be Pushed Meanwhile to Give Suffrage to All Adults. By the Associated Press. DUBLIN, Irish Free State, May 16.— A sensation was created in Dublin last {night by a government decisfon post- poning the local government elections until November. In the meantime a bill will be pushed forward to extend the suffrage to all adults as in the election of the Dail Eireann. Under the existing law, only ratepayers are eligible to vote in local govenment elections. If the Senate blocks this measure a bill may fcllow designed to abolish the Senate. Political writers assert there will be a general election in the Autumn. This opinion is confidently shared by Frank McDermott, leader of the Farmers' Dinner WEDNESDAY .
