Observance of the 5,692d Jewish New Year feast, a two-day holiday known as Rosh Hashana, begins in Washing- ton synagogues tomorrow at sundown. Adas Israel Congregation will conduct services tomorrow morning at 7 o'clock and tomorrow night at 6:30, as well as special children's exercises at 11 am. Saturday and Sunday. Rabbi Solomon H.
