BALTIMORE, Md, August 6 —With more than 4,500 billboards in the State already licensed, and thousands of small signs removed, the State Roads Commission 1s now making preparations for another two-day campaign to clean up Maryland’s highways, through elim- ination of all unlicensel signs.
