By the Associated Press A report received by Secretary Adams on the alleged wearing of a naval uni- form by a Philadelphia policeman in making a prohibition arrest, was re- ferred today to the judge advocate al of the Navy with instructions t he recommend appropriate action. The report, made at the Secretary's request by Rear Admiral Lucius ‘A. Bostwick, commandant of the Philadel- y Yard, was described as only al one. More details have been requested by the Secretary and are ex- pected early next week. Admiral Bostwick also found it was a matter of court record that Lang wore the uniform at the Broad Street Station, and that he apparently was aided in making the arrest thereby.
