Addresses by Roland Rogers of the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission and “Radio Joe” Kaufman, ‘speaking in behalf of the Ccmmunity Chest, last night featured & meeting of e Sixteenth Street Helghts Citizens’ Association held in the Northmmnster Presbyterian Church, Alaska avenue and Kalmia road north- west.
