Booth, 74 years old, veteran retired employe of the War De- partment, where he served as private a number cf years, died at his home. 717 Twenty-first street, yesterday. Death was ascribed to complications resulting from injuries sustained in an automobile accident two years ago. Mr. Booth was employed at the War Department from 1888 until retired five years ago. He was graduated from the Georgetown University Law School in 1393, and in December of that year was admitted to the bar.
