N BOLVAR FETE South American Diplomats to; Lead Observance of Lib- erator’s Death. Official and diplomatic Washin will join tomorrow in a Nation-wide observance of the centennial anniver- sary of the death of Gen. Simon Boli- var, liberator of Spanish South America. ‘The three main features of the Wash- ington celebration will take place at the Pan American Union and St. Mat- thew’s Catholic Church during the day and at Georgetown University during the evening. Diplomats from all the Latin American Republics and many Government officials will participate in all three programs. At the PAn American Union, where the exercises begin in the morning, Secretary of State Stimson will deliver the address at another program during the afternoon. Messages from Presi- dent Hoover and the Presidents of the various Latin American countries will be read at these exercises. Children on Program.
