Frenzel, former clerk in the office of the auditor of the District Government, was sent to the peni- tentiary for 18 months today by Jus- tice Gordon in Criminal Division 1. He pleaded guilty to three counts of an indictment charging falsification of vouchers for refunds of taxes. The three vouchers admitted were for $986.66, $365.50 and $572.18 and were passed in 1926 and 1927, Frenzel is 36 years old, married and has four children.
