The golden. jubilee of St. Protestant Episcopal Church and the twenty-fifth anniversary of the rector- ship of Dr. T. J. Brown will be observed with special exercises beginning tomor- row at 11 o'clock through February 16. The sermon at 11 o'clock tomorrow will be delivered by Caron Anson Phelps Stokes, while at 8 p.m. Canon G. Free- and continuing l1and Peter will be the special preacher.
