PERRY G. MICHENER DIES AT AGE OF 77 Prominent Lawyer, Department of Justice Aide, Succumbs Here. Perry G. Michener, 77 years old, vet- eran lawyer of Washington and as- sistant attorney in the Department of Justice for the past four years, died terday in Sibley Hospital, after an Tliness of three weeks. The Michener residence is in Somerset, Md. Mr. Michener. a native of Connors ville, Ind.. came to Washington in 1884 subsequently entering law with brother, the late Gen.
