Josef Kaspar who has been known here for nearly half & century as a soloist, ensemble player. orchestra leader and pedagog. led this ensemble, which was assisted by the theater orchestra and organ. Particularly noteworthy were the evenness of the ensemble violin tone and the smoothness of the technique as well as the surety and poise of every one of the young violinists. The bodies of 11 other soldiers, re- covered from the Russian graves but not claimed by relatives, will be buried in the American War Cemetery at Fere-en-Tardenois.
