Fraser, 32 years old, of the sixth pre- cinet, from the effects of a deep knife wound in the left chest, was predicted this morning at Emergency Hospital. Policeman Fraser, on Sunday, shot and killed Richard Hall, colored, after the lattér attacked him with a 6-inch dirk. The blade stopped just short of the heart, however, and Policeman Fraser’s recovery is expected to be slow, but certain. Coroner J.
